What is a Psychic Medium?
Psychics can be Mediums. Think of a Medium as a liaison in assisting those who are deceased to be able to communicate through the Medium to the loved one still alive. A Psychic Medium is a Psychic that specializes in receiving impressions of those from the other side of life and conveys that information to the person inquiring. Often times the Psychic Medium will use clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairsentience (clear feeling), and clairaudience (clear hearing) to receive the information.
People seek out Psychic Mediums when they have questions about those that have passed on. Usually, their need is to know their loved one is okay whether it be that their loved one is pain free or that they made it into heaven. Sometimes their eagerness is to reconnect in any way they can by contacting a Psychic Medium to assist in communicating.
During a reading with a Psychic Medium, a person can ask questions that they would like their loved ones to answer. They usually ask if previously individuals that have passed greeted the newly departed as they passed over.
I’m not sure its origin but I often find that people ask for information from departed loved ones but do not tell me anything about who they want to connect with. They were told somewhere along the line (probably from Hollywood) that the Psychic Medium would be able to know the name of the loved one they are asking about and how they are related to them. I’m not a mind reading that is why I ask for the first name of the person they wish me to connect to. It also puts up a filter between you and the Psychic Medium if you are thinking they must know what you want to know. It makes the job of the Psychic Medium more challenging to receive what you are looking for if you are holding back.
Often times I can get the exact name of the loved one and the connection to the person asking. The challenge I see with this is that I can communicate with so many spirits that I like to get clarification as to exactly which spirit, you want to talk to so I can receive information about the exact person you want to be in touch with. When you ask for any person in spirit that wants to connect to them, it may not be the loved one you are wanting to hear from. I pick up all spirits around the person that is alive and can describe so many different energies. I like to be sure which one you really want to hear from. When you go to a librarian, do you ask for any book? Since the librarian is not a mind reader, they will probably ask you which category or topic you want to know about. It is the same for those in spirit.
In addition, I ask for the question that you would like answered by the loved one in spirit. Why is this necessary? It’s not. I find that if you don’t ask what you are curious about then the one thing you wanted to know gets lost in the various information that is possible to know about the departed person. There are billions if not more bits of information available about a person that has passed on. It is best to direct or focus the question or topic so the Psychic Medium can relay the most relevant information. Remember the reason you went to the Psychic Medium in the first place. You probably had some questions in mind you wanted to ask or to put to rest some uncertainty about where they are or what happened to them.
Specific questions would be:
“Are they in pain?”
“Did they leave the body immediately?”
“Did they make it to heaven?”
“Did Grandma and Grandpa meet them in heaven?”
“Will you forgive me?”
“Did you know who was present when you passed?”
“Did you know I was at the hospital holding your hand when you left?”
“What do you want to tell your children?”
“Do you have any wisdom to impart?”
“What do you want us to do with your belongings?”
“Will I see you when I pass over?”
“What’s it like where you are?”
“What kinds of activities can you do?”
“Is it okay that I’m dating again?”
“Will you be okay if I remarry?”
“How does my loved one communicate with me?”
“What can I do differently to make it so I can communicate with them?”
“Are they sending me any signs that I’m missing?”
“What would you tell others that are still alive now that you have a different view of life from the other side?”
“Do you want me to do anything to honor your passing (Ex: plant a tree)?”
“How do you feel about my life and the choices I’ve made?”
“Was it your time to leave the body?”
“Are you still mad at me?”
“Did you commit suicide or was it murder?”
“Is the family pet with you now?”
“Is there any money hidden that I don’t know about?”
“If I call upon you, will that take you away from something you should be doing?”
“Will I be able to see your apparition?”
“Do you ride with me in the car?”
